Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how Portable Laser Tech handles return and refund requests for laser equipment orders. Because many laser products are technical, inspected or configured for the order, returns must meet the conditions below.

Return Window

Contact Us Within 7 Days After Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or inconsistent with the confirmed order, email us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number, issue description and clear photos or videos.

Eligible Return Situations

  • Damaged on arrivalThe product or package shows clear delivery damage when received.
  • Defective itemThe product has a confirmed functional issue after reasonable inspection.
  • Wrong item receivedThe delivered model, specification or accessory set does not match the confirmed order.
  • Order mismatchThe product is materially inconsistent with the product details confirmed before shipment.

Items That Are Not Eligible For Return

  • Used or modified productsSelect that have been used, disassembled, altered, damaged by misuse or returned incomplete are not eligible.
  • Custom or configured ordersCustomized, specially configured or made-to-order laser equipment cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Missing evidenceRequests without order information, issue description or supporting photos/videos may be delayed or rejected.
  • Late requestsReturn requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • 1. Email supportSend your order number, issue description and photos/videos to [email protected].
  • 2. ReviewWe review the evidence and may ask for additional information before approving a return.
  • 3. Return instructionIf approved, we provide the return address and packing instructions by email.
  • 4. Inspection and refundAfter the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days.

Original shipping fees, payment processing fees and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake or a confirmed product defect.
