Handling Time

Most laser equipment orders require assembly, inspection and packing before shipment. Product pages may show a more specific build time when a model needs extra preparation.
Delivery Estimate
10-20 Business Days After Dispatch
Delivery time depends on destination country, carrier route, customs processing and local delivery conditions. International routes can take longer during peak periods, carrier delays or customs review.
Shipping-Included Destinations
For eligible destinations, the order total may include standard shipping and home delivery. Customs clearance or duty-paid delivery is available only for confirmed supported routes and should be verified before dispatch when your destination has special import requirements.

Order Fulfillment Flow
- 1. Order confirmationAfter payment, your order is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent.
- 2. Assembly and inspectionThe product is assembled or checked according to the model and selected configuration.
- 3. PackingAccessories, charger, battery configuration and package items are checked before dispatch.
- 4. Tracking updateTracking information is sent by email and can be reviewed from the customer account area when available.

- Shipping regionsAvailability can vary by destination, carrier and local import rules. Free or shipping-included delivery only applies to eligible routes confirmed for the order.
- Customs and dutiesSome eligible routes may include customs clearance or duty-paid delivery. If those services are not available for your destination, import tax, customs duty or clearance cost may be charged by the destination country and is usually the buyer’s responsibility.
